In order to obtain a
visa to Armenia applicants should provide the following:
Tourist Visa
- Valid, signed U.S. passport. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months and contain at least one blank visa page
- One passport-type photograph
- One filled out visa application form
- Printed and filled out order form.
- No invitation letter is required for a single entry visa for up to 21 days stay. For visas with 21-90 days stay a verified invitation is needed. Please make sure that your inviting party has verified the invitation at the Passport and Visa Department of the Police Service in Yerevan. Private traveler must submit the original invitation form.
For visas exceeding 90 days, please apply to the Passport and Visa Department at the Police Service of Armenia for a one year Temporary Residence Card (Address – 13 A Mashtots Street, Yerevan, Armenia; Tel. (3741) 53-43-91 or (3741) 52-14-16).
Business Visa
- Valid, signed U.S. passport. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months and contain at least one blank visa page
- One passport-type photograph
- One filled out visa application form
- Printed and filled out order form.
- For visas with 21-90 days stay a verified invitation is needed. Please make sure that your inviting party has verified the business invitation with the Consular Department of the Armenian Foreign Ministry. Confirmations for business travelers are received at the Embassy of Armenia via Internet.

Additional Visa Information
