Passport Type Photographs

Two passport photographs are required when applying for a passport or visa:

• Applicants can consult yellow pages under "Photographers-Passport" for companies specializing in passport photographs.


• Do NOT use vending machine photos or create passport photos yourself.


• Photos must be recent, taken within last 6 months, identical, 2x2 inches, and either color or black and white.


• Photos must be front view, full face, on a plain light/white background.


• You must wear normal attire, without head covering unless including a signed statement indicating that head covering is worn daily for religious or medical reasons.


• Dark glasses may only be worn if a doctor's statement is included.
