Visa to Tajikistan: Tourist Visa, Business Visa

In order to obtain a visa to Tajikistan applicants should provide the following:

Tourist Visa

1. Valid, signed U.S. passport. Must be valid for at least 6 months after departing and contain at least one blank visa page.
2. 2 passport-type photographs.
3. 2 filled out visa application forms
4. Printed and filled out order form.
5. A copy of plane ticket showing foreign departure, OR a copy of travel itinerary from an airline or travel agency with travel date, and flight info.
6. Copy of invitation letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan/ Ministry of Interior, or
7. Cover letter of request from your organization or travel agency. Embassy reserves the right to request for additional documents.

Business Visa

1. Valid, signed U.S. passport. Must be valid for at least 6 months after departing and contain at least one blank visa page.
2. 2 passport-type photographs.
3. 2 filled out visa application forms
4. Printed and filled out order form.
5. A copy of plane ticket showing foreign departure, OR a copy of travel itinerary from an airline or travel agency with travel date, and flight info.
6. Business letter of responsibility is required:
   • The letter must be addressed to the Embassy of Tajikistan.
   • The letter must explain the nature of business to be performed.
   • The letter must be on company letterhead and signed by someone at your company other than you.
