Tour Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrive Almaty, Kazakhstan
Arrival to Almaty in the evening, meeting at the airport, transfer to the hotel. Check in the hotel.
Dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Almaty.

Day 2 - Almaty, Kazakhstan
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day sightseeing in Almaty. Visit: Panfilov Park, Zenkov Wooden constructed Cathedral, St.Nicholas Cathedral, National Musical Instruments Museum, Central State Museum, Almaty's Green Bazaar, Panoramic view at observatory.
Dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Almaty.

Day 3 - Almaty, Kazakhstan - Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast depart Almaty and drive to Bishkek via a newly built highway (270km-4h). En route watch the natural landscapes. Afternoon arrival to Bishkek. Check in to the hotel. Lunch at the local restaurant. Afternoon sightseeing Bishkek. Visit: the Central Museum, the Panfilov park, the bazaar.
Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Bishkek.

Day 4 - Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan - Issyk Kul, Kyrgyzstan
Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to Issyk Kul Lake – the pearl of Kyrgyzstan. En route visit Burana Tower. Lunch at Kyrgyz family in Tokman town. Keep on driving to Issyk Kul valley through Boom Canyon. Visit: petroglyphs of Paleolithic era (riverhead of the Sary-Djaz river and near by Cholpon-ata city), site of acient settlement: Barskoon, Darchan, Ton, Bar-Bulak-Bostery and other. Arrival to hotel and check in.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Issyk Kul Lake.

Day 5 - Issyk Kul, Kyrgyzstan - Chalpan Ota - Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning transfer to see petroglyphs, the rock carvings lying under the open sky, then drive to Grigorevka gorge full of lush green Alpine meadows and fur trees, easy hike in the gorge. Lunch at the local restaurant. In the afternoon return to Bishkek, check in to the hotel.
Dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Bishkek.

Day 6 - Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan - Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning flight to Tashkent. Arrival to Tashkent, transfer to the hotel. Sightseeing Tashkent. Visit: center of Tashkent, Amir Temur Square, Independence Square, Old City part of Tashkent with Khast-Imom Complex and Chor-Su bazaar, Applied Arts Museum.
Dinner at the local restaurant with show program. Overnight at the hotel in Tashkent.

Day 7 - Tashkent, Uzbekistan - Samarkand, Uzbekistan
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning depart Tashkent and drive to Samarkand. Arrival to Samarkand, check in at the hotel. In the afternoon sightseeing Samarkand: Registan Square, Gur Emir Mausoleum, Ulugbek’s Observatory, Shakhi-Zinda Nekropolis, Bibi-Khanum Mosque.
Dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Samarkand.

Day 8 - Samarkand, Uzbekistan - Penjikent, Tajikistan - Samarkand, Uzbekistan
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning excursion to Penjikent located on Tajikistan territory 1 hour drive away from Samarkand. Customs procedures of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan boarders. Arrival to Penjikent and continue driving to the ruins of ancient Panjikent located within 5 minutes drive of modern Penjikent. Penjikent a major Sogdian city is dating back to 5th century and was destroyed with Arab conquerors in 8th century. Presently the ruins are excavated and you can see different teams of archeologists working on sites. Lunch in Penjikent. Return to the border, crossing the border, return to Samarkand.
Dinner in Samarkand, followed by the Light Show in Registan Square. Overnight at the hotel in Samakrand.

Day 9 - Samarkand, Uzbekistan
Breakfast at the hotel. Continue sightseeing Samarkand. Visit Afrosiyob Museum, Central bazaar in Samarkand. Lunch. Free time in the afternoon for shopping.
Dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight in Samarkand.

Day 10 - Samarkand, Uzbekistan - Shakhrisabz, Uzbekistan - Bukhara, Uzbekistan
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning depart Samarkand and drive to Bukhara via Shakhrisabz. Arrival to Shakhrisabz visit remains of Ak-Saray Palace, Kok-Gumbaz Mosque, Khazrati Imom Ensemble. Lunch. After sightseeing Shakhrisabz continue driving to Bukhara. Arrival to Bukhara, check in to the hotel.
Dinner in the local restaurant followed by NDB show program. Overnight in Bukhara.

Day 11 - Bukhara
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day sightseeing tour in Bukhara. Visit: Samani dynasty mausoleum, Arc Fortress, Kalon ensemble, medrese Miri-Arab, Magoki-Attori mosque, Chashma-Ayub, medrese Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan, Kosh medrese, trade domes, Lyabi Hauz complex, medrese Chor-Minor.
Dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Bukhara.

Day 12 - Bukhara, Uzbekistan
Breakfast at the hotel. Continue sightseeing Bukhara. Trip to summer palace of Bukhara emirs Sitorai-Mokhikhosa. Lunch at the local restaurant. In the afternoon free time in Bukhara.
Dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight in Bukhara.

Day 13 - Bukhara, Uzbekistan - Mary, Turkmenistan
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning depart Bukhara and drive to Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan border point Farap. Border formalities on both sides, crossing the border. Meeting with representative of Turkmenistan travel company. Lunch. Transfer to Mary via Turkmenabat (350km/4.5h). Upon arrival to Mary accommodation at the hotel. Short rest and walking tour to city bazzae and center square.
Dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight in Mary.

Day 14 - Mary - Merv, Turkmenistan - Ashgabat, Turkmenistan
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Ancient Merv (32 km from Mary). Sightseeing Sultan Sanjar Mausoleum, Large and Small Gyz Gala, Complex of Askhabs, Buddist Complex, Beni Mahkan Mosque, Erk Kala, Gyaur Gala, Soltan Gala, Ibn Zeid Mausoleum, medieval castles – “Kesk” fortresses. Return to Mary. Lunch at the local restaurant. In the afternoon depart Mary and drive to Ashgabat (370km/5 hours). On the way visit Ruins of Abiverd Medival Town. Arrival to Ashgabat.
Dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Ashgabat.

Day 15 - Ashgabat, Turkmenistan
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast sightseeing Ashgabat. Visit: National Museum of History & Ethnography Excursion to Nisa (Visit Old Nisa ruins), discover Kopet Dag mountains, Carpet Museum, Arch of Neutrality, Ertogrul Gazi Mosque & Turkmenbashy Spiritual Mosque. Lunch at the local restaurant. Continue sightseeing: Monument of Independence and Ruhnama, Park dedicated to Akhalteke hourses, Presidential Square, Gulistan Bazar, Monument of Lenin, Ertogrul Ghazy Mosque.
Dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Ashgabat.

Day 16 - Ashgabat, Turkmenistan - Dashoguz, Turkmenistan - Kunya - Urgench, Turkmenistan - Urgench - Khiva, Uzbekistan
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning transfer to the airport and flight to Dashoguz. Arrival to Dashoguz, transfer to Kunya-Urgench (120km/1.5h). Sightseeing tour in Kunya Urgench, visit: Portal of Caravansaray, Mamur Minaret, II Arslan Mausoleum, Sultan Tekesh Mausoleum, Academy of Horezm, kutlug Timur Minaret, Turabek Hanum Mausoleum. After sightseeing return to Dashoguz. Transfer to border check point Dashoguz. Border formalities on both sides. Continue to Khiva. Arrival to Khiva, check in to the hotel.
Dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight in Khiva.

Day 17 - Khiva, Uzbekistan - Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day sightseeing of Khiva: Ichan Qala fortress - a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where monuments Allakulikhan Madrassah, Muhammad Amin Khan Madrassah, Kalta Minor, Pakhlavan Mahmud Mausoleum, Islom Khoja Minaret, Juma Mosque, Toshhovli and other monuments are located.
Dinner at the local restaurant. In the evening transfer to the airport in Urgench, flight to Tashkent. Arrival to Tashkent, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Tashkent.
